All participants can register to attend IWAC08 in Nagoya via the online system, which will open to registration on June 25, 2018.

-Closing date for Early Bird Registration: Monday, August 13, 2018
-Closing date for Pre-registration online: Friday, August 31, 2018

After 1th September, 2018, only On-site Registration will be available at the Registration Desk during the Meeting.

All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by August 13, 2018 in order to attend and present at the meeting.
*After August 13, 2018, your registration fee will increase from Early Bird fee to the late or on-site one unless we confirm your payment by the due date.
*All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time.

Registration fee include one set of IWAC08 Abstract Book, entry to all technical sessions, Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday, September 16, 2018, cold lunches, coffee breaks and Excursion (September 19, 2018). Banquet is not included in the registration fee.

*Student must give Student ID in Remarks in the online system.

Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen, and can be made via the online system.
* If you require an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office.
* The receipt will be given at the Registration Desk.

After you complete online registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically. And then please go to the page of Credit Card Payment.
If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Payment Confirmation
Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail bearing your registration ID number.

Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office. The following cancellation fee will be applied, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification.
